Welcome to Everyday Style. These Terms of Service govern your use of our online store and purchases made through it. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to the policies linked below. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

1. Products and information

We aim to describe our products, sizes, colors, prices, and availability accurately. Colors may appear different on different screens, and measurements may vary slightly. Please review the product details and sizing information before ordering. We may correct errors and update product information or availability when necessary.

2. Orders and payment

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when we confirm it. If an item is unavailable or an order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you using the details provided at checkout and arrange a refund of any amount charged for the unavailable item. Prices and the available payment methods are shown at checkout. You are responsible for providing accurate contact, billing, and delivery information.

3. Shipping and delivery

We currently ship to the United States and Japan. Shipping is free for orders delivered to these destinations. Our United States delivery options use UPS, and our Japan delivery option uses Sagawa Express. Shipping options and any estimated delivery dates are displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by customs processing, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances outside our control. Please read our Shipping Policy for details. Applicable taxes, customs duties, or import charges, if any, are separate from the free shipping charge.

4. Returns, exchanges, and cancellations

Our Return and Refund Policy explains when returns or exchanges are available and how to contact us. In general, please contact us within 14 days of delivery if an item is defective or does not match your order. Returns or exchanges requested solely because of a change of mind, an incorrect order, or a difference from personal expectations are generally not accepted, subject to applicable law. If you need to request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible; a request may not be possible once processing or shipment has begun.

5. Accounts and acceptable use

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your account information secure. You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, submit false information, or use its content or services for unlawful purposes. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the store, customers, or our legal rights.

6. Intellectual property

Store content, including our text, images, design, and branding, is owned by Everyday Style or used with permission. It is provided for personal shopping use. You may not reproduce or use it commercially without the rights holder's permission.

7. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used, and shared in connection with the store.

8. Availability and liability

We work to keep the site available and information current, but temporary interruptions or errors may occur. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. The version in effect when an order is accepted applies to that order, unless a change is required by law.
